Are your ready to be in charge of it? Accept the challenge!
LET'S GOLast Call is the result of a videogame project for the Artificial Intelligence subject.
From the first hours of the day work needs to be done everywhere. The first customers arrive and they need to be attended. The desks starts getting crowded and people dislike waiting too much... The next step is to go through the security control and, oh boy, hope you don't bring anything forbidden because the security guards won't have courtesy. Once they've gone through that they are finally ready to take the flight. Make sure they have something to eat, but be careful. There's rude people everywhere so be prepared for the littering. Then the night comes and the airport must be cleaned from top to bottom for the next day. And the most important thing, make sure the passengers hear the LAST CALL, we don't want them to miss their flight!
Visitors enter the airport and will find for a desk. If there are none available they will exit being angry. You can buy three extra desks and one specific for VIPs. Then visitors will go to the queue to pass the security control.
There are also two types of controls: the normal one and the vip exclusive. Vips that go through a normal one will also be pissed off.
Before going to the plane, visitors can buy food at the vending machines. You, as the owner, can also buy more machines so people can have a snack!
When finishing the game, you can see the stats. How many days have passed, the number of normal people that completed the cycles and the amount of VIPs attended correctly.
These are the behaviour trees that the agents have. The pictures belong to the manual design. The BTs are then implemented using NodeCanvas in Unity.
We are two students from the UPC (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya) developing a project for the Artificial Intelligence subject.
Co-Developer and Designer
Besides the designing part, I have mainly worked on the UI implementation, the Buying and Currency systems, the Day/Night system and the music.
Co-Developer and Designer
My work has been focused on implementing the steering behaviours and behaviour trees for each type of agent using NodeCanvas tasks, the Spawning system and the Game Manager. I also helped in the design.
